About the SSA Ontology
The Strategic Self-Advocacy Ontology converts the existing SSA Lexicon into reusable public semantic infrastructure while retaining its human meaning, authorship, and evidence context.
Why an ontology?
A glossary provides definitions for readers. An ontology additionally gives concepts persistent identities and explicit machine-readable relationships, allowing documents, datasets, software, and AI systems to refer to the same concept consistently.
This v0.1.0 release is deliberately a test: it evaluates whether the SSA vocabulary becomes easier to discover, cite, navigate, reuse, and interpret when published in a Schema.org-aligned form.
